Alameda 3 vs Berkeley 2 : October 14, 2010

Alameda records its first win against Berkeley in several years. The Hornets would split the season, losing at home and returning the favor with a win at Berkeley. The Hornets had the first game but went flat and gave it to Berkeley. With renewed focus they took games two and three to take the lead in the match 2 games to 1. Berkeley would rally to take the next game leveling the match 2 games to 2. The fifth and deciding game was tight, both teams trading side outs after some long, tension filled, rallies. Alameda would win the game, and the match, on serve, with an ace.
